| Following the attack on
American on September 11, 2001 Americans showed their true colors. Jerry
Fallwell was no exception. While most American's were grieving, banding
together and feeling greater unity (which, if I'm not mistaken is one of
the major tenets of Christianity) Jerry Fallwell showed us how hateful he
is and that he will pass up no opportunity to express it. More venomous
than intelligent, Jerry blurted
the remarks that
were in his black heart. His later
apology shows only an attempt at a public relations clean-up, not any
change of heart. Given that Jerry Fallwell is
an American by birth, holds a position that causes his views to be widely
disseminated among Americans and due to the fact that he is not slated to
be killed by the American government as is Bin-Laden, I cannot help but
feel that Jerry Fallwell is at least as great an enemy of the American
people as is Bin-Laden. |
